1. Use Crayola® crayons, colored pencils, or markers to decorate the Mexican Festival Flag. 2. Cut out the square, and make an accordian by folding along the dotted lines. 3. Cut along the sides and bottom like a design. 4. Unfold and hang up for a party. Tip:Print out more copies of the page to make more flags and to practice making different designs.
