On March 18, 1837, Grover Cleveland was born in Caldwell, New Jersey. He served in office from 1885 to 1889, and again from 1893 to 1897. He was the only president who served two nonconsecutive terms. He was also the only president to be married in the White House, and his daughter Esther, was the first child of a president to be born in the White House. He died in Princeton, New Jersey, on June 24, 1908.
