Did you know?St. David, Dewi Sant, is the patron saint of the Welsh. March 1, which is his feast day, is celebrated as a patriotic and cultural festival by the Welsh in Wales and around the world. You can celebrate this holiday by wearing the Red Dragon Pendant. The Red Dragon is a symbol used on flags or pendants. 1. Use Crayola® crayons, colored pencils, or markers to color the dragon red. 2. Cut out the circle. 3. Glue it to a thin piece of cardboard such as a cereal box or file folder. 4. After the glue dries, trim the cardboard. 5. Ask an adult to help you punch a hole through the top of the pendant, and string a piece of ribbon through the hole. Wear it loosely around your neck.
