Play dominoes.Make your own set of dominoes using D words. First, make a list of words that begin with D. Cut out the domino-sized pieces from construction paper or thin cardboard. Then either write a D word on each half of the domino piece, or draw a picture using Crayola® crayons or washable markers. Repeat the words or phrases often enough so there are matches when you play. Say D.Nursery rhymes and songs are loaded with D sounds. Try "Hey, Diddle-Diddle" or "Do Re Mi." Make up playful poems and songs with words that begin with D.
