After you read a book, fill out the Flower Book Report. 1. Write the title of the book on the stem, and write the author's name inside the flower. 2. On each petal write about the story. On the leaf write other stories by the same author, or more about the topic. 3. Cut out the flower, the stem, and the leaf. 4. Glue or tape them together to form the Flower Book Report. 5. Ask an adult to help you hang it to display what you have read!
